As with any transaction, there are terms and conditions that govern purchases at our store. Below is a concise version of these terms, which are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Returns & Refunds

We are confident that you will be delighted with the products you purchase from us. We strive to provide items that meet your needs and expectations. Nevertheless, we understand that occasionally a product may not be what you anticipated. In such rare cases, we outline the following terms related to returning a product:

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in the pristine condition you received them, including their original packaging.
  • Our returns window is 14 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • The cost of return postage is borne by the customer. We suggest using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items of significant value.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Shipping Costs

  • Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Complimentary shipping is provided for all purchases. However, the customer must cover the cost of return shipping.
